ROLEPLAY - "Role play"
WHAT IS PSYCHODRAMA?
Methodology for studying and intervening in human behavior and the development of group relationships, created by Jacob Levy Moreno (Romanian psychiatrist/1889–1974). This methodology works on the human psyche through action and its various forms of expression, where the individual physically acts on the environment and this interacts with the individual. Constant feedback allows us to perceive our behavior and seek more appropriate, adaptive forms in relationships.
SPONTANEOUS THEATRE
Psychodrama's main resource is the spontaneous dramatization by the members of a group, protagonists and supporting characters, of stories created and experienced during the meeting. The action is mediated by a facilitator who can direct the participants to the predefined theme or raise the emerging theme of the group.
Viva o momento e deixe fluir suas ações “espontâneas”. Divirta-se e desenvolva-se!
Embarque no universo do “como se”, o mundo do faz de conta, exercite e desenvolva seus papéis pessoal e profissional.

THE ACTION – THE GAME
Lie or truth, sincerity or mask?
Spontaneous expression in dramatic play is carried out with the internal contents of each participant, therefore, even in a “fantasy” action, what nourishes, what fills the action at the moment of unrehearsed role-playing, is complete truth.
THE SHARE
A moment where feelings and sensations are revealed, sharing our strengths and weaknesses with our fellow participants, creating identification and bonds.
DEBRIEFING / PROCESSING
Everything we do, words and gestures, has a rich symbolic content. Through a relaxed conversation without exposing the participants, we seek to detect the meaning of the scenes, what they represent about the group formed at the meeting. In this way, by detecting patterns of behavior and also new responses to old situations, we can rethink our actions and propose evolutionary changes to ourselves.
